The house and flat can also be rented as an unit, accommodating up to 10 guests, ideal for larger groups or families. The house is situated approximately 3km from the beach at Hartenbos ATKV resort and the house offers views of the sea, river and the Outeniqua mountains.

- Available throughout the year – minimum of 5 nights stay.
- In high season a booking with a minimum of 10 nights are required.
The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dressing room for the main bedroom, open plan lounge/dining room/ kitchen, double garage, sundeck with built-in BBQ, plus a flat. The flat has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and downstairs is a living area/kitchen. Next to the flat at the bottom is a second built-in BBQ.
Guests must please provide their own beach towels and decoders for DSTV. The flat requires a standard decoder. Guest must please only smoke outdoors. A cleaner can be arranged upon prior arrangement at an extra cost.
